Photo uploads for reports & sightings
You can now add photos after submitting a report — no need to have them ready at the time of filing. Report owners can upload up to 5 photos total.
We have also added photo support to suspicious vehicle sightings. If you spot something suspicious, you can now attach up to 3 images to help with identification.

Improved email notifications
Report owners now receive helpful reminders to strengthen their reports:
- 24 hours after filing: personalised suggestions based on what is missing (VIN, photos, ownership verification)
- 7 days after filing: a check-in reminder to update the report with any new information
These nudges are designed to improve the quality of reports and increase the chances of recovery.
